What if it’s possible to be the most fearless and unstoppable version of you?
As I go deeper into living fearlessly I see that the only reason we’re stoppable is because we stop ourselves. We don’t understand how fear works and so we get in our own way and take it seriously.
What if you can become unstoppable in work and life without becoming a rude, pushy person?
What if you can be the most bold version of you without compromising your values and stepping all over people?
And what if you can be at your most creative and productive without the need to fight your fears and break through blocks?
The truth is, when we gain a simple understanding of how fear works, it becomes irrelevant. This eliminates the need to push through fearful blocks as if you’re in a real war.
The battle is created 100% through our perception of any situation. When we understand that for ourselves, we wake up. We don’t need to do anything to fight the fear, the fear shifts all on its own because we projected it out on to the situation with our own thoughts.
We don’t need rituals to live fearlessly – it’s enough to glimpse the nature of thought and how the system works, to enjoy a completely different experience of everything which scares us.
You may not go about saying you’re fearful, or even realising how scared you are, but we all experience fearful thoughts. We feel insecure sometimes and this is when we’re at our most vulnerable. It’s the nature of being human no matter how tough we may think we are.
What stops us moving forward fearlessly is a misunderstanding of how fear works. We think it’s telling us something and we should slam the brakes on. Unless you’re driving and really need to slam the brakes on, the chances are the fear is only an ego-fuelled illusion.
In my new book, Living Fearlessly, I share how with a revolutionary understanding of how the mind works, fear dissolves effortlessly. Even when we feel the fear we begin to see it’s not as scary as we thought.
Fear is just another feeling, and we experience it as a result of the thoughts we have in any given moment. The more we see about how it works, the less fear stops us from achieving what we want.
When fear becomes irrelevant, there’s no need to waste your valuable mental and physical resources managing or controlling it. It evaporates as quickly as it presented itself.
This gives us the true freedom to be the unlimited potential we all are when we’re not stopping ourselves with our fearful, insecure thoughts about who and what’s possible.
We become naturally unstoppable.
