Hi this is Rachel Henke, Transformative Coach and author of Living Fearlessly Guide to Stress Free Productivity.

This is the next in the new Stress-Free Productivity Video Series.

Today I want to talk to you about The Productivity Game Changer. The game changer is simply understanding how our minds work.

I used to think that the game changer was learning some kind of secret productivity system.

But actually the only system that we need to understand is ourselves.

Because we have all the answers for our own productivity. And when we start to understand more about how our mind works, then we can really go with the flow of our own rhythm.

We find our own way to be most productive.

And there’s two things. Firstly, have you ever noticed how you can be really productive even when you feel bad? Have you ever noticed that? Does that happen to you sometimes?

Conversely, have you ever noticed how you can be really unproductive when you feel great? You’re in high spirits, everything is working out beautifully, and really you should be super productive, but for some reason you’re not.

And that’s the key to it there. The key is that it doesn’t really matter how we feel. We can be productive any time. But we get lost in thinking that we need to feel a certain way to be productive.

So we can be productive when we feel low, we can be productive when we feel high. The two are not necessarily correlated. Which really helps us to access our potential for stress free productivity on a more consistent basis.
